I have noticed that I have been drinking too much coffee lately.

The human body is awesome in that it will let you know when it’s not happy.

I could tell the caffeine was limiting my nutrient intake because the gums in my mouth were becoming sensitive, so I did an experiment.

I nixed the caffeine for about 3 days (still not doing caffeine), and replaced them with green drinks instead.

3 days later I feel a TON better, and my gums are no longer sore.

The gloriousness of whole foods!

If anyone would like to experiment with this themselves, here is the simple recipe I used. I blended it all in my Vitamix and drank 1 to 2 glasses every day.

3 leaves of Kale

1 knob of ginger

1/2 lemon

1/2 a bunch of parsley

Place all ingredients into blender, fill to about 1 inch above greens with water, and blend.
